Refund Policies

Community Action Fund of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties

Refund Policy: If you have any questions regarding your donation to the Community Action Fund of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, or there was an error in the amount donated, please contact us at (714) 633-6373.  We will refund the donation if a donation refund is requested within 30 business days of the date the donation was made. We reserve the right to deduct a $5 fee from the amount refunded.

Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund

Refund Policy: If you have any questions regarding your donation to the Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund, or there was an error in the amount donated, please contact us at (805) 899-9814. Ticket cancellations will only be refunded if requested at least 5 days before the event date.

Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte

Refund Policy when purchasing event tickets online: For tickets under $40, the cancellation fee is $5 per ticket; for tickets over $40, the fee is $15 per ticket. There are NO REFUNDS made after the event has occurred. If a Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte event is cancelled, then ticket-buyers will be notified and will have two options – to receive a full refund or to allow their ticket purchase to become a general donation. You will receive a check for the amount owed to you within 30 business days.

Planned Parenthood Advocacy Project Los Angeles (“PPAP”) 

Refund Policy when purchasing event tickets online: We will refund the purchase price if a refund is requested within 30 days of the date the purchase was made IF the refund is requested prior to the date of the event.  There are NO REFUNDS after the event has occurred. We reserve the right to deduct a $5 fee per ticket purchased from the amount refunded.  If a PPAP event is cancelled, then ticket-buyers will be notified and will have two options – to receive a full refund or to allow their ticket purchase to become a general donation. You will receive a check for the amount owed to you within 30 business days.

Refund Policy when purchasing event tickets online: There are NO REFUNDS made after the event has occurred. If a Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest event is cancelled, ticket-buyers will be notified and will have two options – to receive a full refund or to allow their ticket purchase to become a general donation. You will receive a check for the amount owed to you within 30 business days.

Refund Policy: If you have any questions regarding your donation to Planned Parenthood Advocates Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley, or there was an error in the amount donated, please contact us at (626) 794-5737 x106.  We will refund the donation if a donation refund is requested within 30 business days of the date the donation was made. Event tickets will be refunded only if requested at least 5 days before the event date. We reserve the right to deduct a $5 fee from the amount refunded.

Planned Parenthood northern california Action Fund

Refund Policy on all other online donation transactions: If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation to Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific Action Fund, contact us at ppspc4@pp-sp.org.We will endeavor to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary make a refund or correction that is appropriate. If you change your mind about donating online, PPSP Action Fund will honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the donation date. We reserve the right to deduct a fee of $5 from the donation as a transaction fee. To request a refund, email ppspc4@pp-sp.org. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.

Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California

If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation to Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, contact us at donations@ppacca.org. We will endeavor to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary make a refund or correction that is appropriate. If you change your mind about donating online, PPAC will honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the donation date. A fee of $5 will be retained from the donation as a transaction fee. To request a refund, email donations@ppacca.org. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.
